Datganiad Preifatrwydd  

Mae'r Gyfarwyddiaeth Addysg, Cyfiawnder Cymdeithasol a’r Gymraeg, sy'n rhan o Lywodraeth Cymru,  yn trefnu digwyddiad i'n helpu gyda’r gwaith yr ydym yn ei wneud. Llywodraeth Cymru fydd y rheolydd data ar gyfer y data personol y byddwch yn eu darparu. Rydym yn gwneud hyn fel rhan o’n tasg gyhoeddus.

 

Bydd y data personol yn cynnwys eich cyfeiriad e-bost. 

Ar ddiwedd y gynhadledd byddwn yn postio dolen i ffurflen werthuso i ofyn am eich barn.  Yn y ffurflen hon byddwn yn gofyn am eich cyfeiriad e-bost er mwyn rhannu deunydd gyda chi o'r digwyddiad. Mewn rhai achosion rydym yn defnyddio trydydd parti i reoli ein digwyddiadau, ac mae ein contractau'n nodi gofynion llym ar gyfer prosesu a chadw data personol yn ddiogel. 

Byddwn hefyd yn lawrlwytho cynnwys 'bar sgwrsio' y gynhadledd fel y gall timau polisi nodi materion a phryderon allweddol o'r sector a'i ddefnyddio i ddarparu cymorth ac i gynnal digwyddiadau ychwanegol. 

Bydd gan gyfranogwyr yr opsiwn i ddienw cwestiynau a gyflwynir yn y 'bar sgwrsio'.   Os na chaiff hyn ei ddewis ac nad ydych am gael eich cynnwys yn y deunyddiau ar ôl y digwyddiad, gallwch hysbysu trefnwyr y digwyddiad drwy e-bostio cymraeg2050@llyw.cymru a byddwn yn sicrhau bod eich manylion yn cael eu dileu. 

Byddwn yn cadw eich gwybodaeth bersonol am ddim mwy na chwe mis ar ôl y digwyddiad hwn, felly gallwn lywio sesiynau’r dyfodol o’r adborth. Os ydym am ddefnyddio'ch data personol am unrhyw reswm heblaw anfon ffurflenni gwybodaeth / deunyddiau / gwerthuso atoch, ynglŷn â'r digwyddiad hwn, yna byddwn yn gofyn i chi.

Recordio’r digwyddiad

Byddwn yn recordio’r digwyddiad hwn fel gall y rhai nad ydynt yn gallu mynychu'r sesiwn gael mynediad i gynnwys y digwyddiad.  

Gellir defnyddio unrhyw ffilmiau neu ddelweddau i helpu i hyrwyddo gwaith Llywodraeth Cymru yn fewnol a/neu'n allanol. Gall hyn gynnwys ffilmiau hyrwyddo, posteri, taflenni, llyfrynnau, adroddiadau, baneri, mewnrwyd, gwefan, cyfryngau cymdeithasol a defnydd marchnata er enghraifft. Nid yw'r rhestr hon yn gynhwysfawr.

Mae Deddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth 2000 yn caniatáu i'r cyhoedd ofyn am gael gweld gwybodaeth a gedwir gan lawer o gyrff cyhoeddus, gan gynnwys Llywodraeth Cymru. Gallai aelod arall o'r cyhoedd ofyn am gael gweld yr wybodaeth y byddwch yn ei rhoi i ni, a hynny fel rhan o gais rhyddid gwybodaeth. Byddem yn ymgynghori â chi cyn ymateb i unrhyw gais sy'n cynnwys eich gwybodaeth.

 

O dan y Rheoliad Cyffredinol ar Ddiogelu Data, mae gennych hawliau fel unigolion ac mae modd i chi eu harfer mewn perthynas â'r wybodaeth sydd gennym amdanoch chi. Mae’r hawliau hynny’n cynnwys:

 

  • yr hawl i weld yr wybodaeth sydd wedi’i chynnwys yn y data personol a gedwir amdanoch chi

  • yr hawl i wrthwynebu prosesu’r data sy’n achosi niwed neu drallod neu sy’n debygol o wneud hynny

  • yr hawl i rwystro prosesu’r data i’w marchnata’n uniongyrchol

  • yr hawl i wrthwynebu gwneud penderfyniadau drwy ddull awtomatig

  • yr hawl mewn amgylchiadau penodol i gywiro, rhwystro, dileu neu ddinistrio unrhyw ddata personol gwallus;

  • yr hawl i geisio am iawndal am ddifrod a achosir wrth dorri'r Ddeddf.

Education, Social Justice and Welsh Language Directorate, Welsh Government

 

Privacy Statement

The Education, Social Justice and Welsh Language Directorate, part of the Welsh Government, is organising an event to help us in the work we do. The Welsh Government will be the data controller for the personal data you provide. This is being undertaken as part of our public task.

 

The personal data will include your email address.

At the end of the conference we will post a link to an evaluation form to ask about your views.  In this form we will ask for your email address in order to share with you material from the event. In some cases we use a third party to manage our events, and our contracts set out strict requirements for the processing and safekeeping of personal data.

We will also download the contents of the conference ‘chat bar’ so that policy teams can identify key issues and concerns from the sector and use it to provide support and to host additional events.

Participants will have the option to anonymise questions submitted in the ‘chat bar’.   If this is not selected and you do not wish to be included in the post event materials, you can notify the event organisers by e-mailing cymraeg2050@gov.wales and we will ensure your details are removed.

We will keep your personal information for no more than six months after this event, so we are able to inform future sessions from feedback. If we wish to use your personal data for any reason other than to send you information / materials / evaluation forms, regarding this event then we will ask you.

 

Recording the event

We will be recording this event so that those who are not able to attend the session can have access to the event content. 

Any films or images may be used to help promote the work of Welsh Government internally and/or externally. This may include promotional films, posters, leaflets, booklets, reports, banners, intranet, website, social media and marketing use for example. This list is not exhaustive.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 allows the public to ask to see information held by many public bodies, including the Welsh Government. The information you provide may be the subject of a freedom of information request by another member of the public. We would consult you before responding to any request that captures your information.

Under GDPR, you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you. These are:

  • a right of access to a copy of the information comprised in their personal data;

  • a right to object to processing that is likely to cause or is causing damage or distress;

  • a right to prevent processing for direct marketing;

  • a right to object to decisions being taken by automated means;

  • a right in certain circumstances to have inaccurate personal data rectified, blocked, erased or destroyed;

  • a right to claim compensation for damages caused by a breach of the act.
